Civilized bastards!
Some commentators perceive the shoe-throwing incident as uncivilized.
I see, so instead of shoes the journalist should have thrown cluster bombs or water-boarded Bush… that is of course more civilized according to the bastard commentators who support any form of inhumane treatment as long as it has the stars and stripes on it and the people being hounded, bombed and abused are non-westerners and better still Arabs.
